The Miss Eagle Pass Empowerment Initiative is the Queens Tribe of the WYNOT World Wide ecosystem. Based in Eagle Pass, Texas, this initiative exists to develop confident, culturally rooted Latina leaders prepared to serve, influence, and uplift their communities.
