This Media Release & Photo Consent Policy applies to all participants, volunteers, titleholders, applicants, parents/guardians, and event attendees.

 

 

1. Grant of Permission

 

By participating in any program, event, pageant, rehearsal, workshop, interview, or activity hosted by Miss Eagle Pass Empowerment Initiative, Inc., you grant permission for the Organization to:

• Photograph

• Video record

• Audio record

• Livestream

• Capture digital images

 

of you or your child.

 

 

2. Authorized Uses

 

You authorize the Organization to use captured media for:

• Promotional materials

• Social media platforms

• Website content

• News releases

• Scholarship marketing

• Educational and program materials

• Printed publications

• Grant reporting

• Public relations purposes

 

Media may be used without compensation.

 

 

3. Scope of Rights

 

Permission granted includes:

• Perpetual use

• Worldwide use

• Use in digital and print formats

• Editing, cropping, or modifying content for layout/design purposes

 

We will not use images in a defamatory or misleading manner.

 

 

4. Minors

 

For participants under 18 years of age:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent.

• Consent applies to all related program activities unless revoked in writing.

 

Parents may request removal of specific online content by contacting us in writing. While we will make reasonable efforts to remove content from our platforms, we cannot guarantee removal from third-party reposts or shared content.

 

 

5. No Expectation of Privacy at Public Events

 

Pageants, rehearsals, and public events may be photographed or recorded by:

• Media outlets

• Sponsors

• Community members

 

Attendance constitutes acknowledgment that complete privacy cannot be guaranteed in public venues.

 

 

6. Revocation of Consent

 

You may revoke consent in writing at any time by contacting:
