A creative strategist and advocate for change, Pedro brings years of experience in media, mentorship, and community empowerment. His mission is bold yet simple: to redefine what a pageant can do for a small border town and the young women who call it home.

 

Pedro holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Technology from Full Sail University, where he cultivated expertise in digital systems, data security, and technology infrastructure. With this unique skill set, he provides organizational oversight that bridges innovation, technology, and empowerment.

 

A proud resident of Eagle Pass, Texas, for nearly a decade, Pedro has dedicated his life to transforming his community into a platform for growth, confidence, and opportunity. Under his leadership, the Miss Eagle Pass Empowerment Initiative has evolved into more than a pageant—it is a launchpad for Latina leaders in STEM, media, and public life.
