1. General Policy

All payments made to WYNOT International LLC (WYNOT World Wide) and its affiliates — Miss Eagle Pass Empowerment Initiative, Inc., Universal Media (Go Universal M), WYNOT Fitness (WYNOT Fit), and Gen Alpha Academy of Arts — are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Program registration fees
Memberships and subscriptions
Event tickets and performance fees
Media and livestream access purchases
Merchandise and digital content

2. Why No Refunds?

Our programs and services require significant planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Once payments are received, they are used to secure staff, facilities, technology, and production costs. This ensures we deliver the highest quality experiences to our students, clients, and audiences worldwide.

3. Transfers & Credits (Case-by-Case)

While we do not issue refunds, we may — at our sole discretion — allow:

Transfers: Moving a registration to a different program or event.
Credits: Applying payment toward future classes, programs, or services.

Requests must be submitted in writing to info@wynotintllc.com and will be considered case-by-case.

4. Youth Program Registrations

By enrolling in Gen Alpha Academy of Arts or affiliated youth programs, parents/guardians acknowledge that:

Registration fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Students are expected to attend rehearsals, classes, and events as scheduled.
Missed classes, absences, or withdrawals do not qualify for refunds.

5. Events, Media & Livestreams

Tickets and access fees for performances, competitions, or livestreams are non-refundable, even in cases of non-attendance.
If an event is canceled by WYNOT, we may provide a credit or reschedule option.

6. International Clients

International participants agree that all payments are processed under Texas and U.S. law and remain non-refundableregardless of currency exchange rates, transfer fees, or international restrictions.

7. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted payment providers to ensure your information is protected. WYNOT International LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use of payment methods by third parties.
