Currently serving at the Maverick County Clerk’s Office, Sandy brings a wealth of experience in public service, organization, and community leadership. Her commitment to excellence and civic pride reflects her deep roots in Eagle Pass and her passion for building opportunities for young women.
As Co-Director of the Miss Eagle Pass Empowerment Initiative, Inc., Sandy plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of Latina changemakers. She champions the values of confidence, character, and cultural representation, ensuring that every Queen and Ambassador has the tools to thrive in pageantry, service, and beyond.
Sandy’s leadership is grounded in both tradition and transformation—honoring Eagle Pass’s heritage while preparing its youth for a future of scholarship, innovation, and leadership.
