MEPEI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Eagle Pass, Texas elevating Latina Youth Leaders through leadership coaching, talent & interview development, podcasting and digital storytelling, and branding & STEM. We serve middle and high school students across Maverick County and South Texas.

Primarily girls and young women (grades 6–12) in Eagle Pass/Maverick County. We welcome youth of all backgrounds. Some programs include mixed-gender community events.

Yes, Miss Eagle Pass Org offers scholarships through the Miss Eagle Pass and Miss Eagle Pass' Teen Texas America Scholarship Pageant. These scholarships aim to empower the next generation of Latina leaders by supporting their educational and personal development goals. Participants in these pageants have the opportunity to win scholarships that can help fund their higher education and further their aspirations. Our organization is dedicated to fostering skills and service among youth, and our scholarship programs are a key part of this mission. Your gift keeps training local and hands-on: mic kits, coaching hours, workshop materials, field recording gear, and showcase events—all focused on Maverick County youth.
